Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer  

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, because our sessions often have limited space and require significant preparation, we adhere to the following refund guidelines:

1. Private 1:1 Sessions

  • Full Refund: Available if you cancel or reschedule at least [e.g., 48 hours] before your scheduled appointment.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made with less than [e.g., 48 hours] notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are more than [e.g., 15 minutes] late, the session may be canceled without a refund. 

2. Group Workshops & Events

  • General Policy: Registrations for live, instructor-led workshops are typically non-refundable due to the limited nature of these events.

  • Transfer Option: If you cannot attend and provide at least [e.g., 7 days] notice, we may allow you to transfer your credit to a future workshop of equal value.

  • No-Shows: Participants who do not attend and fail to provide prior notice are not eligible for a refund or credit. 

3. Digital Products & Subscriptions

  • Digital Downloads: All sales of digital products (e.g., recorded breathwork journeys or PDFs) are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

  • Memberships: You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. However, we do not offer partial refunds for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. 

4. Retreats

  • Deposits: Deposits for retreats are non-refundable as they are used to secure the venue and logistics.

  • Cancellations: Refund eligibility for retreats is tiered based on how far in advance you cancel (e.g., 50% refund if canceled 3 months prior; no refund if canceled less than 1 month prior). We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. 

5. Facilitator Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Breath-izm must cancel a session or workshop due to illness or unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • We are not responsible for any personal travel or accommodation costs incurred. 

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or transfer, please email: breath-izm@breath-izm.com with your name and order details. Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within [e.g., 7-10] business days.
