By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully as they form a legal agreement between you and Breath-izm.

1. Medical Disclaimer & Safety

Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. 

• Not a Substitute for Care: Breathwork is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

• Contraindications: You must consult a doctor before participating if you have a history of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, aneurysms, seizures, osteoporosis, or severe mental illness.

• Pregnancy: Intense breathwork is generally contraindicated during pregnancy. Please inform your facilitator immediately if you are or may be pregnant.

• Personal Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for your health and well-being during and after the session. 

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

To respect the time and preparation required for each journey:

• Cancellation Notice: We require at least [e.g., 24 or 48] hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the notice period or "no-shows" will be charged the full session fee.

• Refunds: Payments for workshops, retreats, or digital courses are typically non-refundable. 

3. Participation & Conduct

• Sobriety: Participants must be sober. The use of alcohol or recreational drugs before a session is strictly prohibited.

• Group Confidentiality: If participating in a group journey, you agree to keep the identity and experiences of other participants confidential.

• Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session if their behavior is disruptive or unsafe. 

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, including guided recordings, written content, and logos, are the property of Breath-izm. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent. 

5. Liability Waiver

By participating, you voluntarily waive any claims for injury or damages that may arise from your participation in these activities. You agree to indemnify and hold Breath-izm harmless from any costs or liabilities resulting from your use of our services.
